What's to be admired at Admiral House?

Steven Payne arrives with nervous energy. He tells me he has ironed his best blue shirt and picked out his matching purple tie. I throw him into the deep end early by filming the exterior shot outside Admiral House first...in front of a small group of coffee drinkers outside Pret a Manger. But I have faith in Steven despite this being the first proper face to face interaction I have ever had with him; I know he can deliver. We enter the homely two bed apartment on the fourth floor. We take the lift as it is Friday afternoon and we both want to conserve our filming energy.
The apartment has four very distinct rooms and I like the way Steve orders the walking tour. The bedrooms are either side of the living room allowing for each sharer to have their own private wing. There is also a family bathroom and an en-suite in one of the bedroom so everyone is in inches of a good wash.
Steve impresses me with his knowledge of the development. St George Wharf has 19 apartment buildings within the development, Steve has done his homework. The living room really is the best thing about the apartment. It has a lot of space and the landlord has decorated it well, you can really imagine actually living there yourself. The landlord even told Steve to water his plants whilst he was away. Our agents really do go that extra mile!
With Vauxhall station about two minutes from Admiral House's doorstep, this apartment is bound to get snapped up sharpish. This is convenience living at its best. And Steven? Well I think he might well sign up for another walking tour pretty soon.
