Two days later from the 2 bed Columbia Gardens video and we are back filming. James is now a different man from the nervous, self aware one he used to be. He even walks differently. 

We arrive again at Columbia Gardens, a truely impressive development made out of glass and stone. It has communal gardens at the front of it that are perfectly presented and kept. 

Maybe it's because he has gotten to know us a bit better or maybe it's because he is slightly more familiar in front of the camera, either way I am grateful for James's new confidence on set. James seems at ease with this voiceover style of filming, no more trying to remember what to say. Instead I asked him a series of questions that would trigger his answer; for example 'what is the best thing about the bathrooms in Columbia Gardens?' Full sentences only, James was a pro. 

He walks across the huge open plan living room like he has been there many times before. We got several shots of him opening the three built-in wardrobes in the bedroom. Close ups never looked sexier. In fact, there wasn't anything left in that apartment that I hadn't examined with my camera lens. The bathrooms are luxury living. The walls are made from real marble and even the tap detail is impressive. The Columbia Gardens will take some beating. 

James's vast improvement from one video to the next is proof that pretty much anyone can be moulded to be a camera star, despite the reluctance to believe so.
