6am starts, 40-degree heat and cycling up hills upon hills upon hills. Not your kind of fun? Well for the last 4 days this has been the reality for two of our intrepid directors, all in the name of charity.

Nigel Carter and Scott Ayliffe, who both have a history of crazily cycling across the world for charity are back at it again, this time in Kerala, India. The intrepid pair were tasked with a 5-day cycling challenge across very hilly parts of Kerala, with long days and scorching heat to add to the mix.  They are now onto the last leg of their challenge, with their final day being tomorrow, but have already had a lot of adventures. Yesterday was an extra challenging day as they were tasked with cycling to the highest dam in Asia, whilst also being hit by torrential rain - what a combination! However, it's not all bad. So far along their journey they've visited tea plantations, local schools, and even been blesssed by a local guru.

They're doing all of this in order to raise money for the charity Norwood, who enable people with disabilities to maximise their potential. LiFE has worked with Norwood closely for many years, working hard to raise money for such a good cause.

If you would like to help support Nigel and Scott and Norwood, please donate via their JustGiving page here

Thank you!
