Earlier in the month we shared our exciting news about being shortlisted for a Best Estate Agent award in Lettings. The good news just keeps on coming as we have now also been shortlisted for Best Website of the Year with the Negotiator Awards!

Launching the brand new website back in 2017, the vision was to create a customer-first innovative site that was informative, engaging and helpful. The goal of our new website was to not only find a more creative, engaging way to display our properties, but to challenge the norms that had been created by other property firms—throughout London and beyond. We wanted to capture all the things that made LiFE Residential different to other estate agents and show them through a striking site full of value-adding features.

Our Head of Marketing, Viktorija Rinkeviciute, commented on the new site's success:

"The new website was designed to make our clients' lives easier, and includes lots of new features that not only help with buying, letting or renting property, but also aim to inform and add value to all our client groups. The design stands out from the drab, industry average and has received only positive feedback. A year on we can see that our vision has come to light with a site that not only looks the part, but also performs the part, with YoY traffic on the rise and returning customers high.

We are very proud of this achievement and hope that we can secure a win at the awards ceremony in November!
