We are beyond proud to be recognized as one of the top 3% estate agencies in the country, following the announcement of LiFE being the winners of the Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG) Awards 2019.    

We couldn’t be any more excited to share the news with everyone, particularly with our clients as we always strive to provide a service that is accurate, efficient, knowledgeable and above standards. 

This is the second year in a row LiFE has been awarded the BEAG Award. Last year, we were announced as the Best Medium Lettings Agent in Central London.

Our achievements derive from maintaining a set of high standards across the board through fully NFOPP qualified staff, and having over 395 years' worth of experience between us. Nigel Carter, one of the three LiFE Directors, says the most recent achievement is proof of LiFE's continuous journey from good to great. 

"We’re incredibly humbled to be credited for the BEAG award, but we still have a long way to go.  This award is a sign that we’re on the right path and a reflection of all the hard work our staff are putting in." 

Organized by Property Academy and supported by Rightmove, the BEAG assessment sets out to reward agencies that truly deliver in property marketing, results and customer experience. In its third year running, the assessment focuses on interviewing landlords and vendors about what’s important to them; it analyses over 1 million property listings from 250,000 branches and 15,000 agencies and assess how accurately every branch and agency on Rightmove performed against their criteria.

LiFE Residential Area Director Jack and Senior Property Management team leader Alice will be attending this year’s EA Masters Awards event and picking up our “Best Estate Agent Guide Award” – we’ll then know which one exactly it is!
