Founder of Landlord Action and LiFE-long friend Paul Shamplina popped by our new Head Office last month to catch up.

We sat down with him so he could share his wisdom on the common grievances everyday landlords are facing and how choosing the right estate agent can help with this. See the video below:

Paul is most famously known for setting up t-h-e go to Landlord help service, Landlord Action. Landlord Action is the UK’s first eviction and housing law specialist, through campaigning for unfair interest rate rises and criminalising squatting – you can say Pauls quite the person when it comes to dealing with nightmare tenants! 

Currently appearing in Bad Tenants, Rogue Landlords on Channel 5, Paul has been travelling up and down the UK, helping Tenants and Landlords with their issues.

“I try and help landlords and educate landlords and show the real life to renting.” “There are rogue landlords out there, really taking advantage of tenants, who are living in sub-standard properties.” 

Since 1999, Paul Shamplina has been standing up for Landlords and insists that having an accredited letting agency is an absolute must when it comes to loooking after your property -

"Using a letting agent, an accredited letting agent at that, and a letting agent that has a very good reputation... for me is a complete no brainer."
