For the second year running, LiFE Residential have been announced among the winners of Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG) Awards, presented at the EA Masters ceremony and supported by Rightmove. Last year we had been awarded the Best Lettings Agent in Central London, yet this time we’ve gone nationwide - taking home the Best Overall Lettings Agent in the UK and the Best Medium Lettings Agent awards. 

Collecting the award were Jack Spellman, our Lettings Area Director, and Alice Govan, Senior Property Management Team Leader, both of whom have played a pivotal role in guiding their departments towards the level of service to which we’ve been accredited for.

Over the past 2 years, the EA Masters awards has recognized LiFE Residentials growth, taking into account delivery in property marketing, results and customer experience.

In its third year running, the BEAG assessment, organized by Property Academy and supported by Rightmove, focused on interviewing landlords and vendors about what’s important to them; it analysed over 1 million property listings from 250,000 branches and 15,000 agencies and assess how accurately every branch and agency on Rightmove performed against their criteria.
