The goal of the Sales department is to exceed our clients’ expectations by diligently, consistently and exhaustively enabling agreement and ultimately completion of the transaction.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and comprehensive collation of information to produce the listing.
• Consistently reviewing and optimising the listing to enable visibility and enquiries.
• Negotiating and ratifying the offer terms as agreed.
• Proactively assist with the conveyance process to ensure a swift and seamless completion.
