The goal of the People department is to maintain and enhance LiFE’s Human Resources by implementing, planning and evaluating the policies, programs and practices.
- Recruiting new employees for the business
- Onboarding new starters and managing the induction process
- Identifying and implementing the training and development needs
- Maintaining company’s policies and procedure in line with the employment legislation
- Advising and supporting employees and managers with all employee relations matters
- Planning and implementing employee benefits and other initiatives to improve employee engagement
- Advising on best practice standards for business improvement by collating and analysing human resources data
