The goal of the People department is to maintain and enhance LiFE’s Human Resources by implementing, planning and evaluating the policies, programs and practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting new employees for the business
  • Onboarding new starters and managing the induction process
  • Identifying and implementing the training and development needs
  • Maintaining company’s policies and procedure in line with the employment legislation
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers with all employee relations matters
  • Planning and implementing employee benefits and other initiatives to improve employee engagement
  • Advising on best practice standards for business improvement by collating and analysing human resources data
