The main goal of the operations department is to drive seamless workflow at an optimum standard through all departments of the business, whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and maintain company-wide compliance in areas such as GDPR, anti-money laundering, health and safety, and other ever-changing industry regulations.

  • Oversee effective management of Administration and Reception teams, Head Office security and company-wide office and facilities management.
  • Manage the successful implementation of new products and services offered by partners, such as Goodlord, TECT, as well as contribute to driving business continuity with various heads of departments.
