LiFE are celebrating 20 years of letting, managing and selling new-build properties for our clients globally. It doesn’t matter whether you joined us 20 years ago, when we let our first flat in London, just 20 days ago, or somewhere in between - we truly couldn't have done it without you. 

On the 2nd of November 2000, LiFE Directors, Jonathan Werth and Jason Dienaar signed their first lettings deal in London. Since then, LiFE have let and managed over 10,000 properties, signed over 29,000 tenancies, collected more than £876 million in rent for landlords, and safeguarded over £47 million in tenant deposits.

During our #20yearsofLiFE we haven't always got it right, but with the help and trust of our clients across the globe, our 170 members of staff and all of our business partners, we're very proud of what we have achieved in two decades.
