When we built our new website, we wanted to be able to offer our users a more effective and useful tool for them to find the information that they wanted. As part of that, we decided to boldly experiment with some new search functions to make renting, buying, selling and investing in our capital a whole lot easier.

We are now happy to announce that we are currently one of the few estate agents to let you search for properties online by zone and tube line. By offering you the chance to find your next London destination via a property's proximity to Underground zones and lines, we allow you to be more flexible in your searches, as well as help you plan your travel costs and journey times before you commit to view. Basically, we do the hard work so you don't have to!
