LiFE Residential open a flagship office in the growing Royal Wharf development

After moving into our previous office over 2 years ago, whilst the Royal Wharf development was in its youth, LiFE always knew that as the development flourished, our Royal Wharf client base would too and we’d need a bigger, more permanent place within the development to accommodate the need.
Acquiring 16 Royal Crest Avenue, which has become LiFE's new home, as an empty canvas, our team worked tirelessly to create a hub, not only for our Royal Wharf clients, but for the wider community of both Royal Wharf and East London.
“Royal Wharf is such a vibrant community with so much current and future potential, and we are so excited to be involved." says Jonathan Werth, Managing Director at LiFE, about the decision to open the biggest branch to date. Royal Wharf is LiFE's fifth branch in the Docklands.

Located just off Royal Wharf’s Corinthian Square and nestled amongst the supermarket, pharmacy and hairdressers, LiFE’s new office is perfectly placed to become a key pillar of the community. The two-story, 3000 sq/ft branch will be home to a handpicked sales and lettings team from all 11 LiFE branches, who have been chosen under specific criteria as outlined by LiFE Area Director, Jack Spellman.

LiFE have recently been awarded the Best Overall Lettings Agent in the UK title for our marketing, service and results at the EA Masters Awards, supported by Rightmove. Based on Rightmove Intel data, LiFE at Royal Wharf are also currently #1 for number of lets agreed out of all Royal Wharf agents.

To accommodate our clients busy schedules, our Royal Wharf’s branch hours will be open the latest out of all LiFE branches. Our Royal Wharf office will be open from 8:30 am - 8 pm on Mon - Thur, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm on Fridays.LiFE are also the only on-site Royal Wharf estate agent to be open throughout the entire weekend, opening from 10 am - 4 pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
“Our plan is to be open for longer hours, and to be available 7 days a week, so people can connect with us about their property requirements at a time to suit them.” says Spellman.
