" LiFE Residential is a company where the values are truly lived. Senior leaders are inspirational and people are developed and involved - it's an organisation you are proud of."
I moved to the UK from South Africa in 1997, and I’ve been working in the property industry ever since. I started out in the suburbs and then swapped to central London after our son left home to go to university. I completed my Masters Business Degree in 2000 and after that concentrated on the growth of LiFE Residential. As well as travelling the world, I enjoy skiing, golf and everything London has to offer. I also make my own Biltong (beef jerky but better). Since moving to London there are numerous places that could make my list of favourites, but for me, “The Royal Albert Hall” has to be number one. It’s an amazing building/venue and hosts world class shows and concerts all year round which I hope to attend many more of.
I’ve worked in the London residential letting & sales market since 1996 overseeing thousands of tenancies and sales for amazing clients located in over a hundred countries worldwide. My spare time is taken up with family, travel and theatre, but when in London, my favorite spots are standing on Waterloo Bridge, The View from the Shard, and Butlers Wharf.
I did a property degree in Land Management at university, and have been in property for the last 30 years, focusing on residential rentals, new builds, and investment. Before I joined LiFE in 2011 I worked as a development director at a leading serviced apartment company, and was responsible for their property portfolio. I enjoy all sports, being particularly active in cycling, golf, squash, and skiing, but I really love walking my dog Monty with my wife Jo. Marylebone High Street is one of my favourite London hotspots, with its great atmosphere, lovely restaurants and friendly vibe. Failing that, the A40 is pretty important to me as it helps me get to my home outside of London!
Director of Sales and Marketing
I have been in the industry in many different guises for 26 years and without a shadow of a doubt LiFE is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the London property market. I love LiFE because it is a dynamic, quick thinking and fast to react agency. Having offices across London covering all its postcodes allows us to have an accurate overview to the whole of the London property market, enabling us to react quicker and to advise our clients accordingly as to any change that may occur. Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as cycling, clay pidgeon shooting, and flying. London is full of amazing places to narrow it down to just one is almost impossible however Mayfair is a place I really like at the moment because of its vibrant bars, cafés and restaurants.
I have been in the property industry for over 8 years of which I have spent the vast majority at LiFE Residential. I have so much passion for what I do which enables me to be positive, energetic and do my job with great integrity. My interests are diverse from boxing and going to fine art exhibitions. My favourite place in London has to be Regent’s Canal because it reminds me of my time living in Amsterdam.
Business Development Manager
I have been involved in the lettings part of the property industry for 7 years. Moving from a Lettings Consultant to a Lettings Manager, and then moving to a Business Development role. I’m very sales-driven and enjoy communicating with our landlords.
When not in the office, you can find me in the kitchen, cooking up a storm for my friends and family, or travelling whenever I get the opportunity – Barcelona for a girls weekend or South East Asia for the best Thai green curry. Most weekends I like to let my hair down with a few Mai Tais, (my favourite cocktail).
Clapham Old Town and Clapham Junction are great for meeting other new professionals and visiting trendy bars and restaurants.
Business Development Manager
I have been with LiFE for 5 years now, managing 4 different branches in my time, and have overseen 2 others. I have been based in the UK, as well as our Singapore and Hong Kong offices. Whether I am at work or at home I am always thinking about property. I love LiFE Residential as a company based on the fact that we seek to look after and service our clients to the best of our ability, as well as our employees.
I am a big wildlife fan, particularly African safaris! In my spare time I enjoy hiking, travelling, reading and watching old classic films. I also have 3 drones which I like to fly whenever I get the chance!
My favourite place in London has to be Richmond Park – I love seeing the deer and the surrounding neighbourhood, especially when it’s sunny.

Area Sales Manager
Having joined the off-plan sales division of Galliard Homes in 2007, the exposure to the new build sector provided the perfect foundation for my role as Area Sales Manager here at LiFE. In my spare time I’m an avid golfer but my time on the course is limited as I generally have my hands full with my young daughter! We enjoy spending time in East London, particularly Shoreditch House, it’s very child friendly in the daytime, with great food and a rooftop pool, whilst being a great spot to enjoy a few drinks after dark.
Area Sales Manager
I have been at LiFE Residential for 4 ½ years now after emigrating from Fulham, South West London where I worked for a small independent agency for 7 years learning my trade. In my role as Area Sales Manager nothing inspires and drives me more that motivating and mentoring my team so we can achieve the desired results for our clients. In winter my focus is at Stamford Bridge supporting Chelsea and in the summer on the golf course striving to improve my handicap. Being an Islington resident Primrose Hill is a favourite spot for a long walk and lazy lunch and the bars and restaurants of Upper Street get visited more than they should do!

Area Lettings Manager
I joined LiFE in 2014, having worked in the London property market for over 12 years. LiFE has an amazing service driven culture, making it a pleasure to work here – as a constantly evolving company we are always ready to take on new challenges. I have met loads of interesting serial investors over the years and think the niche nature of our business makes what we do really exciting. In my spare time I love getting sporty, be it a tennis match, round of golf, or a skiing trip. I’m also a keen traveller. There are so many amazing places in London but Wimbledon Village is special to me as I spent a lot of time there when I was younger with my family.
Area Lettings Manager
I’ve been working in property and specifically lettings for 10 years now, starting out my career with a small, family run firm in Sheffield. I moved to London and LiFE Residential in 2012 and have been here ever since - they can’t get rid of me! Outside of work I’m a big Arsenal supporter and go to the games quite regularly. My favourite place in London is probably Upper Street - a mile long road in Islington lined with bars, cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. It’s great for wandering down on the weekend, (plus it’s not far from the Arsenal stadium!)

Head of Property Management
I worked in serviced apartments for 6 years and then moved to Galliard in 2012 before coming to work at LiFE. In my free time I am a keen golfer, not great at it, but I try! My favourite spot in London is standing on Tower Bridge, looking south, and seeing the shard standing behind the Tower of London. I think the juxtaposition between old and new is pretty amazing.
Senior Team Leader
I started as a trainee property manager after completing my law degree. I have learnt so much during my time at LiFE -it’s the people that make this place a pleasure to work at. I enjoy eating, cooking and photography in my spare time, unleashing my creativity on the kitchen! My favourite place in London has to be standing on Waterloo bridge at night and looking out at the view.
Senior Team Leader
I started at LiFE in July 2014, and have already learnt so much in my time here. In property management we are always dealing with a lot of people and no two days are the same, but it’s been a great role for developing problem solving skills and initiative! Outside of work I enjoy watching and playing rugby, as well as visiting the gym and going out to dinner with friends. I can’t name a favourite place in London – I love this city because it has so many diverse places to eat and drink and there is always something to do. I also enjoy seeing new buildings being constructed and how they are developed and changed against the city’s backdrop so quickly.

I have been with LiFE Residential for 7 years now, and love dealing with all the clients we have in all the many corners of the world. My favourite thing to do is spend time with my nephews, but if I’m not, you can often find me whipping up a mean cake or engrossed in a good book. My favourite thing about London is its amazing landmarks. Being from South Africa, I still feel a sense of wonder and excitement when I’m in central London – it genuinely never gets old.
Senior Client Accounts Manager Team Leader
I joined the LiFE Accounts team back in February 2013. My working background stems from block management accounting; since then I have gained an extensive knowledge within the leasehold management sector. As a keen cyclist, runner and all round fitness fanatic, much of my spare time outside of work is spent participating in outdoor activities, often in one of London’s beautiful array of Royal Parks.
Senior Client Accounts Manager Team Leader
I’ve been working for LiFE Residential since September 2014. I started the job with experience within accounts, but it has been my first job in the property industry and I’ve learnt so much working here. In my spare time I love to travel, as well as go to gigs and try out restaurants with my friends. I love so many different areas of London for lots of different reasons – Brixton for all the amazing music venues, Camden for the nightlife and Richmond for lazy days down by the river.

I enjoy working at LiFE Residential and arriving early to see what the day has in store for me and the Asset Management team. There is always something new and challenging that makes the day interesting. In my spare time my great love is music, mainly classical, but I enjoy all types of music. This can often be accompanied with a glass of fine Burgundy wine and maybe even a barbecue! Rugby also forms a big part of my life and is enjoyed by my whole family. My favourite place to visit in London is the Royal Albert Hall where I have experienced some excellent concerts and seen some fantasticly talented people perform. The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden is also one of my favourite venues in the city.

Head of Marketing
After 10+ years in TV/news journalism in Lithuania, Denmark and the U.S., my LiFE took an unexpected turn and I joined LiFE and the dynamic London property market. It turned out to be a challenging but fun journey, and I have been leading LiFE’s talented Marketing team ever since. My favourite after work activity is sleep… But since everyone else is doing more active things, I have to follow the trend and say I do appreciate a good punching and kicking session in Fight Club. The winner of my most-loved London spot goes to… oh wait, it’s not even a spot. It’s the walk from London Bridge to Tower Bridge by the River Thames early in the morning, accompanied by a cup of coffee which I get at a local family run place. I love seeing how the area transforms throughout the day: in the morning it belongs to true Londoners, quietly jogging by the river bank in their thoughts, and in the afternoon it’s absolutely taken over by amazed tourists. It’s a place where local meets the global, and that’s just what LiFE in London is like for me.
I joined LiFE in 2014 after moving to London from my home city of Dublin, Ireland. I’d worked as a graphic designer in various industries for 6 years but the property sector was brand new to me so I welcomed the challenge. And what better place to get to know it a little better than London? Since moving here I’ve really come to love the lifestyle, there’s always something fun to do so it’s never boring. When I’m not designing I like going out to see live music, comedy and art exhibitions so London is certainly the place to be!

My experience at LiFE has been eventful to say the least. Having started in client relations, I quickly progressed into Business Development, and then into Operations and now also Office Management, covering both administration and facilities. LiFE have supported me in every step of my journey by providing me with relevant training and qualifications. I love that my role at LiFE constantly grows and evolves; no two days are the same for me.
Out of work I enjoy cycling, running and red wine with friends or family.
My favourite place in London has to be Richmond, it has everything from the quaint little pubs on the side streets, to the restaurants along the river, the park up on the hill and the great shops along the high street. I spend most of my time there on the weekends.
