Lettings

The goal of the lettings department is to service, retain and grow the lettings client base through the generation and conversion of lettings instructions, in line with agreed business targets and service standards, while always maximising the return on investment for our client, the landlord.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and agree an appropriate marketing strategy with the client.
  • Negotiate with landlords to ensure we charge a fee appropriate to the service we provide.
  • Qualify, service and manage potential applicants.
  • Negotiate and agree lettings deals at appropriate market rates for our clients.
  • Run a smooth pipeline in conjunction with the administration department.
  • Deliver exceptional, transparent service to all parties.
  • Identify new business opportunities to help expand the portfolio organically.
