A room with a Parliament View.

Kenneth calls me up with urgency to his voice 'I need a video from you'; luckily this is my job, 'it's Parliament view, I need to make this sale.'
All systems go we meet at Parliament View, up two floors to an impeccable three bed apartment with stop-what-you-are-doing views across of Westminster. This is an impressive property. The type of place you would live in when you were in the peak of your life, living it up in style and sheer sophistication.
Kenneth, now on his third walking tour, is confident and ready for the challenge. He likes to add his personality into the task, making jokes and occasionally dancing from room to room. The first bedroom was at the front of the property, bright light streaming into the incredibly tidy room. The second bedroom was down the corridor and to the right, the third bedroom to the left with an en suite.
There is an impressive collection of books across the apartment, 'how to succeed in finance,' 'the young entrepreneur' to name a few of the titles. What else can you expect with a home like this?
But the views are the best thing about this place, the perfect shot of The Houses of Parliament and the River Thames. Imagine that on New Years? No need to buy a ticket, you just have to sit in your own living room.
As Kenneth wraps up the tour we do it in record time, just shy of two hours and with a great sense of accomplishment. Hey Ken, if this estate agent malarky doesn't work out, you could always get into presenting.
