Hosted by Paul Shamplina, Landlord Action/Brand Ambassador of Hamilton Fraser and star of  Channel 5’s 'Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords’, the lively 'Great Landlord's Debate' covered the challenges landlords are facing in an ever testing and growing Private Rental Market. With ever increasing tax changes, the Government’s plans on bringing in a ‘ Rogue Landlord and Agent ‘ list, the trouble with finding a good letting agent as well as the perfect tenant, and the recent legal changes for rental property brought in by the Government, there was plenty for the experts to discuss!
