• Initial enquiry screening: applicants are screened with an in-depth, Rightmove recommended 29-point questionnaire, ensuring they meet our required tenant standard.

• Viewing:we make sure the property is the right home for the tenant, but equally it gives us an opportunity to understand who they are on a personal level.

• Referencing:we use digital tenant on-boarding system goodlord, which provides us with each tenants’ credit check, ID verification, a current landlord reference, confirmation of employment and income and 6 months of bank statement analysis.

• Right-to-Rent: as is law, we’re obliged to check tenants' right to rent in the UK.
