LiFE began with 1 office in Parliament View and 3 members of staff in 2000. Today, we are one of the UK’s leading privately owned real estate agencies, specialising in newly built luxury developments. We have 8 branches located across all London zones and 170+ members of staff, and have expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. Our services include lettings, property management, sales. 

Each and every one of our agents is an expert on their location, meaning we can offer you insightful and comprehensive advice. With all of our branches, either on-site at large developments or within 15 minutes of our properties, we provide a high quality, personalised and hands-on service to all of our clients.

To minimise lengthy processes and maximise enjoyment of LiFE for our clients, we have also adopted a variety of property technology services via our PropTech investment arm LiFE Ventures.

We have recently been awarded the Best Medium Lettings Agent (2021) and last year we won Best Overall Lettings Agent in the UK (2020) and Best Medium Lettings Agent (2020), as well as the Best Medium Lettings in Central London (2019) at Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, supported by Rightmove. 

We understand the importance of using a regulated and professional estate agency. Because of this, the majority of our staff hold the Propertymark Technical Award in Residential Letting and Management and Propertymark Technical Award in Residential Sales. We are also accredited by Investors In People and we are members of The Property Ombudsman, ARLA and Trading Standards Approved Code.
