Change of tenancy at mid tenancy or at renewal stage

• One tenant changing: £300 Inc. VAT
• Any additional tenant: £120 Inc. VAT EACH
• Any additional guarantor: £72 Inc. VAT EACH
• Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms in the Tenancy Agreement
• Carry out new references
• Arrange for a new Tenancy Agreement and Deposit Protection Certificate

Renewal fee: £159.60 Inc. VAT (Tenant's share)

• Contract negotiation, drawing up the renewal agreement with the updated and amended terms

Check-out fee: £138 Inc. VAT (Tenant's share)

• Arrange a date/time to carry out the end of tenancy property inspection
• Attending the property to carry out and update the Schedule of Condition based on the original Inventory report
• Start negotiating the repayment of the security deposit
