Wishing to know a little more, of course you do, so let me share some headline info with you.

Ft of living accommodation, that’s 154.31 sq. m for those of a metric preference. This is double the size of some alternate 3-bedroom units in the vicinity and even bigger than 3-bedroom houses within the local area. So if space is something you yearn for, this property seriously does tick that box indeed.

Looking into the property in more detail, you will be pleased to know that Paxton point is found within a gated development, just off Greenwich High Road, which is but a mere five minutes’ walk from Greenwich Overground/DLR station, alongside Deptford Bridge DLR too. Found on the 9th floor, access is via a dedicated residents only lift, to upon reaching the apartment, upon opening the main door, you will be welcome by a vast vast entrance lobby, something you just do not see in flats these days. Now one would usually find this space awash with jackets and shoes, however due to two very large storage cupboards situated just off the entrance hallway, you will find this space to be free of clutter and allow the storage of shoes, bags, jackets etc etc to be out of sight.

To the left of the entrance hallway, you will find access to the kitchen and lounge, of which they are both separate rooms. Moving onto the master bedroom, well this truly is pure luxury, as you are south and west facing, so benefit from natural light pretty much all day long, excluding the morning. The room itself is nearly double that of the third bedroom, in that you not only have the bedroom space, but a superb space for a home office and a walk-in wardrobe space opposite the en-suite shower room. Please at all costs review the photos and floor plan related to this room, as it truly is of stunning proportions. With the en-suite in place too, this bedroom really does cover everything you would expect from a high-end apartment. And plus, being able to keep work away from the living space is certainly a plus.

And finally in regards to the property itself, other important aspects to cover are that the lounge and all 3 bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, which is just perfect for that bought of fresh morning air to get up and awake ready for work. Public transport is available be it via local bus routes found just outside the development, Deptford and Greenwich for Overground/DLR & Thameslink services and if you fancy to travel on the River Thames, you also have the Thames Clipper service to facilitate a tranquil journey in to the city.

So to conclude, Paxton Point offers a phenomenal living experience, with great public transport connects, a quiet gated location whilst having all your day to day needs for shopping and socialising all within walking distance.
