It’s our great pleasure and pride to finally introduce everyone to our brand new to LiFE Academy recruits. 14 extraordinary LiFErs have been nominated by their team leaders and senior managers in Lettings, Property Management and Client Accounts as the rising stars of LiFE, whom, are making a tremendous positive influence within the company.

The purpose behind LiFE Academy is to integrate the current set of LiFE customer experience standards and improve on them, thereby re-enforcing our company culture, values and mission. Our current standards in customer experience stem from our NF0PP trained and qualified staff, both internally and externally. 

By providing internal and external LiFErs the same level of training, all our clients, vendors and investors, tenants and buyers can ensure the same level of professionalism, wealth of knowledge, personalisation and exceptional customer care is delivered throughout their journey with LiFE in every department. This is why we are known for obtaining long lasting relationships with our clients.

We’re also achieving success by cross-training within different departments, improving staff retention and recruitment through constant staff engagement and bettering our standards, something we constantly strive for.
